YE: BRIDGES NOT WALLS - GERMANY.

In its fifth year, 'Bridges! Not Walls' thrives as a migration-focused storytelling project. Led by young artists, this international project unites migrants, musicians, artists, and activists with local communities, artists and activists with a local community to develop a participatory performance art project on the themes of migration, race and origin and inclusion. The annual culmination showcases collaborative performances, intertwining international artists' narratives with the community's local history. Shared stories and struggles bridge the gap between 'natives' and 'migrants,' fostering common ground. Co-funded by the European Union through Leargas and the Thuringian Ministry for Education, Youth and Sport, with backing from the European Youth Education and Youth Meeting Center Weimar , this endeavor is orchestrated by Eurobug International Youth Work Ltd. and CGE Erfurt eV, in collaboration with five global youth NGOs and KAMM Artistic Europe as a supportive partner.
