KAMM Artistic Europe is teaming up with ClariniTeatro: A young company that was created in 2017 to apply for Mother Tongue Festival 2024 in Ireland.
ClariniTeatro The company was created by Clara Chapelet and Raquel Sastre Rojo, two artists with a long career who completed their training at the Resad (Royal Superior School of Dramatic Art of Madrid) within the framework of the Physical Theater. Together the created the show ‘El Ultimo Acto de Amor’.
EL Ultimo Acto de Amor.
It is a play that tells the story of an elderly couple that has traveled a lifetime of love. The woman, on the verge of being carried away by old age, is accompanied until her death by her husband and together they relive the most beautiful moments of their love in this last breath of life. This wordless piece deals with love, death and euthanasia and the movements of the puppets convey great emotions. The show takes place with a background music of Toninho Do Carmo which is sometimes punctuated by moments during which the two puppeteers sing a cappella.
Stage Area
The opening and the depth of the stage are a minimum of 5 meters. The play area is adaptable to the proposed venue. The work can be played in a microtheater as in a room with more usual dimensions.
